What I'm looking for

I’m looking to help teams ship AI-driven products where users feel clarity and trust—through explainability patterns, strong UX documentation, and cross-functional delivery embedded in product teams.

I’m a Senior UX and Product Designer with over 20 years in design and 12+ years focused on digital products.

I work best on complex products where users deal with unclear processes, lots of information, multiple roles and high-impact decisions. My role is usually to understand how the work really happens, identify where people get stuck, and turn that into clear flows, useful interfaces and practical product decisions.

I have worked on enterprise software in insurance, energy, field service, asset lifecycle management and healthcare. More recently, I have also worked on AI-assisted workflows, including conversational interfaces, knowledge retrieval and trust patterns for error states and edge cases.

My work covers discovery, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, design systems and handoff in Figma. I’m comfortable working closely with product managers, developers and stakeholders, especially when a product is still unclear or needs structure.

I’m based in Aruba (UTC−4) and work comfortably with both North American and European teams. I’m open to full-time remote roles as well as long-term freelance or contractor work.
