In my recent work, I led a 6-week UX audit and redesign for a lost-pet recovery app, driving completion rates from 60% to 100%, reducing average task time from 4:20 minutes to 2:30 minutes, and improving customer confidence from 4.1/7 to 6.3/7. I’ve also redesigned key entry points, including a pharmacy homepage that more clearly positions an AI HIPAA chatbot assistant as a simpler, more trustworthy place to start.

I bring strong cross-functional collaboration to every step, partnering with content designers, marketing, engineering, and stakeholders to define requirements and align user and business goals. From improving B2B checkout completion (+30%) to validating AI assistant concepts with a 90% completion rate in user testing, I focus on measurable outcomes, thoughtful iteration, and user advocacy—whether in remote or fast-paced environments.
