At University Health Network, I lead digital integration work across CRM APIs, Shopify data imports, and contact center solutions. I'm currently leading AI Copilot implementation for PMCF agents, including knowledge structuring, prompt configuration, and evaluation of AI-generated responses.
I led the knowledge-management and RAG readiness work for the Copilot implementation, evaluating response relevancy, context precision, and faithfulness. I also spearheaded an ETL pipeline and ERD strategy connecting financial data across PMCF CRM, the data warehouse, and UHN Salesforce.
At UHN, I worked on PMCF Connect, a supporters’ portal that brought together CRM integration and data import automation. I also coordinated business and technical decisions between PMCF and UHN stakeholders.
Earlier, as a Project Manager at Lowes Corporation through CTS, I designed a promotion-stacking pricing engine and enforced Kanban, reducing delivery time by 25% and increasing velocity by 20% from the previous sprint. I also managed technology projects for Dun & Bradstreet and other clients, including a pilot AWS machine-learning project to classify credit-card defaulters.
