What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver friendly customer service, respond to inquiries via chat, and support accurate data entry using Microsoft Office/Canva. I want a team that values clear SOPs, discipline, and consistent reporting.

I’m an English graduate from Universitas Dian Nuswantoro with experience in research analysis and customer service. I enjoy combining clear communication with structured work, especially when following procedures and SOP.

In my shop assistant role, I served customers, prepared beverage orders, and handled cash transactions and payments. I’m comfortable responding to customer inquiries via chat, while staying responsible and disciplined in daily operations.

I’m also hands-on with basic applications like Microsoft Office, and I use Canva as part of my work. I have strong written and chat communication, plus the ability to write basic reports from my academic experience.

Alongside customer service, I bring research discipline from my thesis work, analyzing translation techniques in directive speech acts and presenting findings in an English seminar proposal. I work independently and also enjoy collaborating in a team.
