I’m an administrative staff who loves learning new knowledge and taking on challenges, especially in information technology. I bring hands-on experience in IT hardware support, online customer service, and administration, with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.

In my recent role at Nogosongo Samudera Perkasa, I handled correspondence, inputted data, and archived company-related documents. Previously, I supported customers and marketplace orders at ERA VIRTUAL by serving shoppers, checking products before shipping, and printing shipping labels for delivery.

I also gained experience through marketing and field requirements planning at Ababil Widia Lestari, serving buyers on-site and promoting property products. Earlier, my internship at Cahaya Komputer strengthened my practical skills in repairing PC and printer hardware, and it’s shaped the way I approach problems—carefully, patiently, and with a team mindset.
