I’m a Clinical Support Specialist at Bespoke Psychiatry, where I prepare and document psychiatric medical notes with providers and clinical teams.

I handle patient follow-ups inside long-term care facilities, supporting quality measures, rankings, and continuity of care across San Luis Potosí.

I also support medication management by documenting treatment changes, dose increases, dose reductions, and gradual dose reduction (GDR) protocols, plus managing AVRs and prior authorizations.

Before that, I worked in administrative and clinical support roles at a private healthcare setting and conducted research at CIACYT on the metabolomic footprint in PCOS, including analysis of biological samples and multivariate models.
