At Indiana University Health, I provide obstetrical emergency and full-scope midwifery care, including family planning, gynecology, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and problem gynecological services. I've delivered more than 930 babies across low- and high-risk antepartum conditions while working in independent and co-management care models.

Previously, I helped establish Norton Women and Children's Hospital's full-scope midwifery program, growing it to approximately 385 births annually by year four. I build evidence-based, family-centered care around women’s participation in healthcare decisions, and I’ve led scheduling, compensation, policy, monitoring, and postpartum-hemorrhage improvement initiatives.
