Regina Cargle-Johnson

At Acenda Integrated Health, I provide trauma-informed, strengths-based mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in community-based settings. I conduct clinical and safety assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and collaborate with caregivers, schools, healthcare providers, child welfare, and interdisciplinary teams.

I also provided individual counseling in IOP substance use recovery and outpatient mental health settings at Family Empowerment Associates, using CBT, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and supportive counseling.

My background includes leading Medicaid-funded developmental disability service operations at Easterseals of New Jersey, supervising residential group-home services, and coordinating medical care and daily living supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. I bring clinical documentation, treatment planning, staff training, compliance, and IDD/Medicaid systems experience, along with QPR Suicide Prevention certification.
