Refilwe Lekeng

I am a purpose-driven, self-disciplined Health Information Management graduate with hands-on experience in hospital records management, patient registration, ICD-10 coding, filing and archiving. During my attachment at Sekgoma Memorial Hospital I used the IPMS hospital database to register outpatients and inpatients, maintain file integrity, label and sort records, retrieve files for wards, and record file movements both manually and in the system.

I bring strong administrative, communication and customer-service skills, with strengths in confidentiality, report writing, basic financial management, research and analytical thinking, leadership and teamwork. I am a fast learner, innovative and hardworking, seeking an entry-level position where I can enhance my skills and contribute to the success of an organization.
