I am a motivated and detail-oriented health information practitioner with strong knowledge of healthcare documentation, data management, and medical records systems. I support clinical staff with accurate data entry and retrieval while maintaining patient confidentiality.

In my role as a data entry clerk I maintained high data accuracy, generated reports, performed regular backups, and organized digital and physical records to ensure compliance. I have experience using electronic health records (EHR) and applying basic ICD-10 and CPT coding knowledge to verify completeness.

I am pursuing a BSc (Honours) in Health Information Management at Botho University and hold certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), an EF SET C1 English proficiency, and training in Python for Beginners. I also completed a Business & Sustainability program with distinction.

I am eager to continue professional development, pursue formal HIM certification, and contribute to efficient, compliant health information management in a collaborative clinical environment that values accuracy and growth.
