I’m looking to re-enter full-time payroll and HRIS implementation work where I can own end-to-end deployments, partner closely with stakeholders, and deliver smooth go-lives with strong post-launch support and change management.

I’m an Implementation Consultant with 2+ years of experience delivering payroll and HRIS implementations across India and Canada. I lead end-to-end enterprise product implementations, handling business process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, UAT, training, and post-go-live support. I’m also the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and drive issue resolution.
