I am a results-driven team lead specializing in system migration and functional payroll testing, with experience driving end-to-end payroll implementations, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration. I lead project planning, coordinate stakeholders across Payroll Operations, Integrations and IT, and ensure accuracy and reliability of payroll systems through structured testing and process controls.

Previously I managed manufacturing process flows and quality inspection responsibilities, and worked in service delivery handling payroll calculations, arrears, report validation and client issue resolution. I bring strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication and adaptability to change, paired with hands-on experience integrating systems such as Workday and SF Integration.
