I’m a results-driven Global HCM & Payroll Implementation Project Manager with 16+ years of experience delivering enterprise HRMS, HCM, and multi-country payroll transformation programs across global markets including the US, UK, EMEA, Malaysia, Philippines, India, and South Africa.

I lead end-to-end payroll and HR technology implementations—managing cross-functional global teams, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with country-specific statutory and payroll regulations. I’m especially strong in requirement gathering, system configuration, and governance that keeps delivery on time and within budget.
