I’m a Senior Software Test Engineer with 6 years of experience delivering quality across application, device, and mobile testing using both manual and automation approaches. I’ve built a reputation for bridging business requirements to technical execution by owning end-to-end testing—from estimation and test data to risk assessment and exit reporting. I’m Step plus certified and strongly motivated to raise automation standards with Tosca, Python, and Java.

In my current role, I design High-Level Design Scenarios (HLDS) and translate stakeholder objectives into execution plans that align products to user needs. I optimize release cycles through precise testing estimates and full defect lifecycle ownership, ensuring priority blockers are resolved before production. I also lead triage bridge meetings to diagnose complex system failures, drive corrective actions immediately, and improve processes for the next release.

I bring a strong troubleshooting mindset by turning raw testing and log data into actionable insights for senior management. I use Splunk and Postman for deep-dive root-cause analysis, coordinate defect workflows in JIRA/Confluence, and deliver transparent progress reporting to product managers, developers, and business teams. I’ve also scaled testing efficiency by integrating automated test cases into existing frameworks using Tosca and supporting tools.

Across prior roles, I’ve expanded my domain breadth from telecom BSS to healthcare product quality and compliance. I’ve worked as a team POC, led layered QA efforts in high-pressure environments, and strengthened capabilities in functional, regression, performance, compatibility, and data sanitization testing. I’m continuously upskilling and want to keep growing my automation impact while improving team velocity and product reliability.
