At PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, I lead infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity work supporting nearly 1,000 virtual machines across global business units and multiple data centers. I maintain infrastructure availability above 99% SLA through proactive monitoring, capacity optimization, incident management, and resilience planning.

I've progressed through server and virtualization roles to supervise daily operations, lead critical incident escalation, and mentor infrastructure engineers and interns. My work includes Windows and Linux administration, VMware and OLVM virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, privileged access controls, server hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security monitoring.

I partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to reduce infrastructure risk, strengthen compliance and audit readiness, and keep production services reliable.
