I've managed financial operations for nine NYC DHS shelters and an outreach program with combined revenue exceeding $62 million at Westhab. My work includes full-cycle accounting, General Ledger activity, vouchers, complex journal entries, variance analysis, and funder reporting.

Previously at Services for the Underserved, I managed fiscal and administrative operations for 12 programs with more than $25 million in funding, partnering with HUD, SAMHSA, DHS, PBHCI, DOHMH, and CCR to maximize reimbursements and maintain compliance.

Across my career, I've built budgets, forecasts, cost-allocation frameworks, audit-ready documentation, and reimbursement processes for government- and privately funded programs. I use systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, NAV, PASSPort, HHS Accelerator, MRI, and Yardi to support accurate financial reporting and grant lifecycle management.
