At Family Values at Work, I lead grant administration, payroll allocations, month-end close, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash management, and audit preparation. I partner with program and executive leadership to keep grant budgets, reporting, and compliance aligned with funding requirements.

Previously, at Ysleta del Sur Pueblo, I managed grant budgets, procurement compliance, financial reporting, internal controls, and staff training while supervising an accounting team. At Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, I supervised four Lead Analysts and supported fund management, board reporting, reconciliations, grant reporting, and regulatory compliance.

I've built my accounting foundation across logistics, transportation, public-sector, nonprofit, and higher-education environments, with hands-on experience in close, general ledger analysis, payroll, tax reporting, AP, AR, and audits. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and focused on accurate, transparent financial operations.
