I've supported USAID and U.S. Department of State programs for more than 20 years, managing financial and program portfolios ranging from $55 million to $5 billion.
At USAID in Pakistan, Georgia, and Iraq, I led budget formulation, execution, tracking, reporting, and program monitoring; developed financial databases and reporting tools; and prepared information for senior management, Inspector General reporting, Congressional Notifications, and mandated reports. I have also developed proposal budgets, managed subcontracts and consultant agreements, and conducted cost and price analysis at Creative Associates International.
Most recently, through ATSG Corporation supporting the Department of State in Honduras, I conducted Leahy vetting due diligence and compliance reviews, assessed risk, coordinated with Embassy and Department stakeholders, and strengthened SOPs, documentation, and reporting.
