I’m a Registered Nurse providing post-delivery care with a focus on recovery, education, and discharge readiness. Each shift, I support 3–4 mother-newborn couplets by assessing newborns, monitoring vital signs, and identifying potential complications early.

I collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including lactation consultants, pediatricians, and OB-GYNs, to improve patient outcomes. I also administer medications and manage EMR documentation to ensure continuity and accuracy of care.

To strengthen my neonatal skills, I’m cross-trained in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and assist infants nearing discharge. I’ve also served as relief charge nurse, coordinating unit operations and supervising up to 6 nurses when needed.
