I’m seeking a remote Utilization Management position to leverage my clinical expertise in medical necessity review, prior authorization, and evidence-based care coordination—supporting efficient care transitions and resource utilization in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a Registered Nurse with 6+ years of clinical experience in Mother/Baby, Level 3 NICU, and acute care. I bring a strong patient-advocacy mindset and dependable attention to clinical assessment, critical thinking, and detailed documentation.

In my current role, I deliver comprehensive postpartum and newborn care for families transitioning from Labor & Delivery. I also educate new parents on newborn care, feeding, and safety, and float to Level 3 NICU within a Level 4 facility to support critically ill newborns.

Previously, I supported patients experiencing acute withdrawal symptoms, implementing comfort measures and assisting with ADLs. Earlier experience included staffing support and pharmacy clerk work at Kaiser Permanente, and travel Certified Nursing Assistant roles across multiple healthcare settings—strengthening my ability to adapt quickly and maintain patient safety.

I’m TX Compact and CA RN licensed, and I’m ready to shift into remote Utilization Management. I want to leverage my skills in medical necessity review, prior authorization, and evidence-based care coordination to improve efficient care transitions and resource utilization.
