I’m a Demand & Supply Planning Analyst with hands-on experience in inventory planning, forecast accuracy, and S&OP reporting in global environments. In my current role, I lead national and international supply chain and aftersales planning, own logistics cost control (freight and inventory), and manage KPI governance shared with the executive board.
I translate complex datasets into actionable insights for operational and executive stakeholders using Power BI, advanced Excel, and structured KPIs. I also support SAP MM/SD and WMS implementation, manage spare parts planning and stock accuracy, and contribute to compliance through customer follow-up. Previously, I worked across quality and continuous improvement (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, Control Plan, PDCA) and helped launch two warehouses—responsible for WMS/DMS parameterization and inbound/outbound process flows for SAP ERP.
