Rebecca Eisterhold

I am a dedicated college instructor with extensive experience teaching healthcare administration and related topics, focused on fostering positive learning environments and improving student outcomes. I use a mix of formal and informal instructional techniques, differentiated instruction, and technology integration (including Canvas) to engage diverse learners.

In my current role at State Technical College of Missouri I design curriculum, create assessments, grade assignments, advise students, and track progress to identify and support struggling students. I regularly participate in department meetings and instructor workshops to adopt effective teaching strategies and continuously improve my practice.

Previously, I worked as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant where I supported clinical procedures, maintained strict sanitation and record-keeping, educated patients on hygiene, and managed scheduling and data entry—experience that informs my practical, clinically grounded teaching approach.
