What I'm looking for

I seek instructional design roles that integrate educational technology and evidence-based curriculum to boost learner engagement, collaborate with educators, lead e-learning projects, and measure improved outcomes while growing professionally.

I am an instructional designer and educational technologist with a Master of Education in Educational Technology and Instructional Design from Western Governors University. I bring a clinical background as a dental hygienist (April 2012–Present) that grounds my practical approach to experiential learning.

Since August 2019 I have instructed Dentistry Practicum, Health Science Theory, and Clinicals at Tomball Memorial High School/Guthrie Center and, beginning January 2023, I have developed curriculum and training programs for dental assistant education. I design lesson plans, assessments, and e-learning experiences using LMS and educational software to prepare students for certification and clinical practice.

I excel at project management, assessment and evaluation, and using data to refine curriculum and instructional strategies. I am known for clear communication, mentorship of new teachers, and a student-centered, inclusive approach that improves engagement and measurable outcomes.
