Rebecca Dwomoh
@rebeccadwomoh
Psychology graduate and former NCAA team captain driving remote-ready stakeholder coordination.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Psychology graduate with hands-on experience coordinating teams, managing stakeholders under pressure, and communicating clearly across in-person and digital channels. As a Teaching Assistant, I led targeted literacy and numeracy intervention sessions and helped 4 of 5 pupils (80%) reach development goals, while adapting activities for students with SEN through cross-functional coordination.
In parallel, I support event operations and guest experience for 100–300+ attendees by proactively resolving logistical issues and improving onboarding. I redesigned guest check-in and onboarding to reduce wait times and strengthen first-touch support, and I also contributed translation support for ESL students through volunteer work.
