What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute as an Assistant English Teacher in Japan, promoting cross-cultural exchange and supporting students to develop strong English communication skills through inclusive, engaging instruction and mentorship.

I’m an educator with a B.Ed. (Honors) in Inclusive Education and an Advanced TEFL/TESOL certificate. I bring classroom-ready lesson planning and a strong commitment to inclusion, using interactive methods that keep students motivated and participating.

In my current role, I design and deliver engaging multi-subject lessons for diverse learners—using games, storytelling, and role-play to strengthen participation, and I’ve improved student engagement by 30% based on classroom participation metrics. I also mentor students one-on-one to support their emotional and academic growth.

I’m active beyond the classroom, coaching teams and leading clubs that build confidence and communication. From taking debate and public speaking learners to regional success to coaching netball teams to regional finals, and coordinating cultural and academic events, I aim to create learning experiences where students feel supported, challenged, and ready to grow.
