What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Bilingual Telephone Triage RN role where I can apply ER triage judgment, rapid clinical assessment, patient education, and culturally responsive English-Spanish communication to guide patients to appropriate levels of care.

I've provided emergency nursing care at Elite Hospital Kingwood, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands, CHI St. Luke's Health Memorial Livingston, and Total Point Emergency Center. I use rapid triage, focused assessment, and sound prioritization to identify time-sensitive needs and direct patients toward appropriate care.

In the ER, I perform EKGs, IV access, blood draws, cardiac monitoring, medication administration, clinical documentation, and patient education. I've also coordinated admissions, transfers, and discharges while communicating changes promptly with providers and multidisciplinary teams.

I'm fluent in English and Spanish, helping Spanish-speaking patients understand symptoms, medications, discharge instructions, and follow-up care. I'm seeking to bring my emergency triage judgment and culturally responsive communication to a remote Bilingual Telephone Triage RN role.
