At AGENT8 INC. (formerly AgentInfinity), I prepared and delivered daily client reports for the TCI Marketing Services account, following program-specific contract filters and client requirements. I retrieved lead data from Salesforce and used Microsoft Excel to format and validate files.
I uploaded formatted lead files through the designated workflow, using Integrate before the transition to Convertr. I also managed daily deliverables and checked completeness and accuracy before submission.
At PCM BPO, LLC (now Insight), I progressed from Reporting Specialist to Senior Reporting Specialist and then Team Lead – Sales Reporting. I designed, maintained, and distributed reports, dashboards, and KPI reports, and handled data mining and analysis for routine reporting and special projects.
As Team Lead – Sales Reporting, I supervised daily reporting, prioritized workloads, and coached team members. I also helped maintain operating procedures and updated US Managers on reporting operations and staffing.
