What I'm looking for

I’m interested in contributing to recruitment, customer support, and office operations.

As an HR / Recruitment Intern, I made outbound calls to candidates and communicated relevant job opportunities. I also sourced candidates through job portals and recruitment channels.

I screened candidate profiles against basic job requirements and eligibility criteria, then supported initial candidate interactions, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-ups.

I updated candidate details and maintained recruitment records using MS Excel. I also assisted with email communication, documentation, and general back-office support.

I have a Bachelor of Arts from Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU). I’m interested in contributing to recruitment, customer support, and office operations.
