What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time opportunity in Human Resources where I can apply my skills, contribute to organizational success, and continue growing as an HR professional.

At Quick Venture Consultancy, I assisted with recruitment for multiple client organizations and supported hiring activities for 20+ client companies. I screened resumes and coordinated telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

During a 7-day bulk hiring drive for EOS Globe, I coordinated 100+ interviews and contributed to the successful hiring of 40+ candidates. I also maintained candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Finance and HR at GL Bajaj Group of Institutions, Mathura (AKTU). In my academic project, “Idea Pop It Coffee,” I conducted market research, analyzed customer preferences, and presented the project findings.
