I am a dedicated Bioinformatics Scientist with a strong background in genomics and data analysis. Currently, I work at Elixir Diagnostics, where I analyze Whole Genome Sequencing data for cancer diagnostics and report genetic variants to clinicians. My role involves maintaining project documentation and collaborating with development teams to enhance genomic analysis, ensuring that our research initiatives translate effectively into knowledge for clinical applications.

My academic journey includes a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), where I graduated with a CGPA of 3.80. My research projects have equipped me with extensive experience in analyzing complex genomic datasets, including RNA-Seq and Whole Genome Sequencing data. I have contributed to various studies, including the identification of SARS-CoV-2 variants and differential gene expression analysis in osteosarcoma patients, showcasing my ability to apply computational drug design approaches and perform in-depth bioinformatics analyses.

With strong analytical skills and proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python, I am passionate about leveraging my expertise to drive advancements in genomics. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development, as evidenced by my participation in workshops and internships focused on statistical analysis and machine learning applications in bioinformatics.
