I am a bioinformatician with a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and hands-on experience across proteomics, transcriptomics, structural bioinformatics, and predictive modelling. I combine computational analysis and wet-lab techniques to deliver reproducible biological insights.

I have led proteogenomic analyses using tandem mass spectrometry, identifying 16,727 unique peptides in my master’s thesis, and I develop ML models for genomics and single-cell data (R² = 0.864 for a CD34+ prediction model). I also collaborate on structural comparisons of wild-type and mutant SLC37A4 to assess mutation-induced functional changes.

I contribute to cross-institutional research projects, produce reproducible pipelines in Python and R, and am experienced with mass-spec, structural tools, and public biological databases. I seek roles where I can apply computational methods and machine learning to advance biological discovery.
