What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level remote Data Analyst role where I can apply Python, Excel, data cleaning, and analytical thinking to support data-driven decisions.

I've built Python-based workflows for bioinformatics data retrieval, cleaning, analysis, and visualization, including BioFetcher, a tool that automates protein sequence retrieval, BLAST analysis, sequence alignment, and phylogenetic tree construction.

As a Junior Artificial Intelligence Instructor at AI-EYS, I create datasets and coding notebooks and mentor students using Python, Jupyter Notebook, and Google Colab. My research experience in structural bioinformatics has strengthened my ability to interpret large, messy datasets accurately.
