At Mahindra Comviva / Ooredoo Kuwait, I managed telecom digital products and value-added services, including the launch and management of more than 40 digital services. I managed partnerships with Apple, Google, Huawei, Netflix, Anghami, OSN, NBK, CBK and Gulf Bank.
I also owned revenue forecasting, budgeting and profitability analysis at Mahindra Comviva / Ooredoo Kuwait. My work improved campaign efficiency by 20% and reduced billing and operational errors by over 30%; earlier, at One Global Trading Group, I managed telecom and digital services operations across GCC and MEA markets.
