I am a dedicated Data Analyst with a strong background in analyzing financial data and improving processes. My journey began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Colombo, where I developed a solid foundation in data analysis and IT skills. Over the years, I have honed my expertise through various roles, including my recent position as an Operation Analyst at HealthreconConnect, where I analyze claims and denials to identify trends and enhance the revenue cycle.

In my previous roles, I have worked as a Social Media Evaluator at Appen, where I evaluated content to improve user experience on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, my experience as a Data Analyst at Context World in the UK allowed me to track product specifications for major tech companies, preparing comprehensive reports that informed decision-making. I am passionate about leveraging data to drive improvements and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
