What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute QA leadership and automation experience to Agile SaaS product teams, improving release quality through end-to-end, API, regression, and multi-tenant testing.

I've led QA for Shopify's merchant-facing SaaS platform, validating storefront configuration, subscription billing, app integrations, admin dashboards, and multi-tenant access controls.

Across Salesforce, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Workday products, I've tested critical workflows including CRM pipelines, ITSM processes, marketing automation, customer support, employee onboarding, payroll, and reporting. I build detailed test coverage for functional, regression, smoke, integration, UAT, API, and end-to-end testing.

I use Selenium WebDriver, Java, BDD Cucumber, Postman, SQL, MySQL, and Playwright exposure to support scalable regression automation and CI/CD pipelines.

I'm comfortable working closely with Agile product, engineering, and customer-success teams through sprint ceremonies, defect triage, release validation, and quality reporting. My focus is on reducing defect leakage and making every release more reliable.
