At GEISINGER HEALTH PLAN, I lead the technical work for prospective and annual HEDIS Medical Record Review, including data integration and process automation. I also supported the migration from Cotiviti’s on-site program to Inovalon’s hosted HEDIS software.

At OPTUMINSIGHT/UNITED HEALTHCARE GROUP, I was the technical resource for annual HEDIS and AMP submissions for four healthcare payor clients. I created and tested validation and reporting processes, and worked on Medical Record Review targeting and results integration.

At PACIFICSOURCE HEALTH PLANS, I supported HEDIS submissions through software administration, server and database management, and reporting.

Earlier, at BANK OF THE CASCADES, I was responsible for lending and credit analytics reporting and helped migrate reporting to a SQL database with SharePoint delivery.
