At TM & Associates LLC, I lead network and systems engineering operations across 47 retail locations. I drove a 30% reduction in system downtime through proactive monitoring, root-cause analysis, and standardized troubleshooting.
I also designed low-voltage layouts for retail sites and wrote deployment SOPs and troubleshooting guides used by operations and helpdesk teams. I trained and mentored team members on network systems, imaging procedures, and support workflows.
Before that, I supported POS infrastructure across more than 40 retail sites, including Verifone and Topaz systems, fuel controllers, and in-store IoT devices. I installed and supported Fortinet firewalls and VPN tunnels, and monitored network performance with SolarWinds and Wireshark.
My IoT work includes prototypes using sensors, microcontrollers, MQTT, and cloud connectivity, as well as computer vision algorithms developed with Python and OpenCV. I’ve also built IoT and automation ventures, including GK Technologies, Hyrind, and Opsirix.
