I’m confident performing venipuncture and capillary punctures on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients while keeping patients comfortable and safe.

I focus on accuracy and compliance: I label, store, and transport specimens properly, following OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols. I maintain strict adherence to infection control procedures, including proper PPE and sharps disposal, and I understand the proper order of draw and tube selection.

In fast-paced clinical and service environments, I complete venipuncture and capillary-stick training requirements, prepare collection equipment, and keep accurate records. I use medical terminology and laboratory procedures to support reliable specimen handling and documentation.
