I’m a phlebotomist and healthcare professional with more than 8 years of experience supporting new and existing patients through patient-facing care and office-based work. I’m known for being Detailed-Oriented, knowledgeable, and dependable, with strong time management and multitasking to keep services running efficiently.

Since 03/2022, I’ve worked as a Phlebotomist at Central Florida Blood and Cancer Center, performing venipuncture, drawing blood, labeling specimens, and handling specimens with a focus on accuracy and results. I also assist with departments procedures, including assisting in bone marrow aspirate concentrate procedure work, while maintaining sterile environments and quality standards.

From 01/2013 to 12/2021 at Leesburg Chiropractic, I supported the admission and transfer process, managed patient information, completed data entry, and coordinated charts and insurance forms to improve office efficiency. I collaborated with medical and administrative personnel, directed patients to exam rooms, and provided knowledgeable education to help alleviate fears and anxieties.

I take compliance seriously, including HIPAA, patient confidentiality, and sanitation and sterilization. I’m conversational in Spanish, skilled with EMR recordkeeping, and confident applying medical terminology and diagnostic equipment expertise to deliver patient care that’s compassionate, reliable, and consistently high quality.
