What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an SLA-driven role where I can own network monitoring and VPN connectivity, troubleshoot TCP/IP and IP conflicts end-to-end, and deliver high-availability outcomes through RCA, escalation, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer with 1 Year 10 Months of experience supporting enterprise and Data Centre environments through network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting. I monitor 100+ network devices and VPN gateways with SolarWinds, manage 15–20 network/security tickets weekly within SLA timelines, and ensure high availability through fast, well-documented RCA-driven escalation.

My work centers on reliable connectivity and controlled access—troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, LAN/WAN issues, addressing IP conflicts with DHCP MAC binding, and supporting VPN access for 500+ users using Netskope and Microsoft Azure. I follow 24/7 SLA processes and change management, perform log/traffic analysis to detect anomalies, and continuously strengthen my networking foundation (CCNA in progress) with hands-on scripting basics in Python, PowerShell, and SQL.
