At Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, I own escalated P1–P3 networking cases from first response through root cause and closure. I trace application reachability across DNS, TCP/TLS, load balancers, and HTTP/HTTPS behavior.

I analyze packet captures, flow logs, and device logs to isolate faults across customer, cloud, and carrier domains. I also design and validate hub-and-spoke architectures with FortiGate NGFW inspection.

At Amazon Web Services, I supported enterprise customers across VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, and Elastic Load Balancing. I investigated connectivity, latency, throughput, and DNS issues, and advised on routing and hybrid connectivity designs.
