I design modular curricula that scale—building reusable templates and structured learning outcomes that keep content development consistent. I’m especially focused on quality assurance, delivering actionable feedback through thorough QA and content review.

In my recent role as a Senior Technical Specialist – Learning Design, I created modular learning experiences for AI/ML and GenAI programs. I used GenAI tools to accelerate design and content workflows while maintaining instructional clarity.

Earlier, as a Technical Specialist – Instructional Design & SME, I developed MOOC content for global learners and improved course quality through testing, feedback, and iteration. I enjoy simplifying complex concepts into learner-friendly experiences supported by scenario-based assessments.
