I work in Restaurants Saveurs Home in Antananarivo, Madagascar, where I support daily operations as a cashier and also as a server. I help deliver consistent service, and I’ve been trusted to manage separated teams (Team A and Team B) as part of my responsibilities.
Before and alongside restaurant work, I led my own job managing my product and delivering my work independently. During COVID-19, I also sold mouth cover/masks with my cousin—our sewing skills helped cover many needs, and we shared opportunities with other kids with special needs—so I value responsibility, organization, and strong communication in every role.
