At Nectar Innovations LLC, I run the consulting cycle for US clients, from discovery and AI readiness audits to solutioning and adoption enablement. I design solutions with solution architects for workflow orchestration and process automation, including a QA auditor for a US travel operator and an AI layer for a streaming platform aggregator.
I also own delivery across concurrent AI engagements and build the firm’s consulting practice, while working with the CEO on strategic AI initiatives. Earlier, at Smartbox Lockers, I delivered a 40 percent year-on-year sales lift through a strategic business plan reset; at TJX Europe, I supported compliance strategy across UK and EU operations.
