Rasha Hammad

I am Rasha M. Hammad, a dedicated AI Trainer and Network Engineer with over a decade of experience in data management and communication systems. My passion lies in machine learning and AI model training, and I am currently expanding my expertise in Python and predictive analytics to transition into AI-related roles.

Throughout my career, I have worked as a Communication Engineer at the General Electrical Company (GECOL), where I analyzed large-scale network data to optimize communication systems. My role involved applying statistical techniques for performance monitoring and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance network operations. Additionally, I have engaged in self-learning and freelance projects focused on AI and data training, utilizing tools like Labelbox and Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth to improve AI model accuracy.

My educational background includes a Master of Science in Network Engineering from Tripoli University, where I conducted a thesis on the performance analysis of NR 5G networks. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. My experience as a Volunteer Data Analyst during the national census has further honed my skills in data cleaning and analysis, making me well-equipped for roles in AI data training.
