Rares Virjoghe

I am an ambitious and performance-driven DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Go. My strong focus on automation and platform optimization enables me to create self-service infrastructure solutions that enhance operational efficiency. I thrive on continuous improvement and learning, and I have a proven track record working in cross-cloud environments such as OpenStack, AWS, and GCP.

Currently, I am a Junior Infrastructure Engineer at Orange Services, where I have been part of three teams, including K8saaS (Kubernetes as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service). I have successfully provisioned and maintained Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm charts. My personal projects include developing automation and monitoring tools with Python and Go, as well as conducting security improvements for our self-service platform.

In addition to my technical skills, I have a passion for mentoring and have taken part in interviewing candidates. I am committed to sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment. I am eager to continue my professional journey, contributing to innovative projects that leverage my skills in DevOps and infrastructure engineering.
