I’m an operations-focused collision professional with hands-on experience managing repair workflows, estimating costs, and coordinating with insurance stakeholders. I bring a detail-driven approach to inspections and documentation, plus the customer communication skills needed to keep repairs moving smoothly.

In my current roles as an Operations Manager and Collision Manager, I conduct thorough damaged-vehicle inspections, generate precise repair estimates using industry tools, and negotiate fair amounts with insurance adjusters and appraisers. I manage multiple estimates under strict deadlines, identify additional hidden damage, coordinate parts and labor, and perform final inspections to verify quality workmanship.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an Auto Claims Adjuster at Progressive, where I investigated and evaluated insurance claims, reviewed police reports and repair estimates, and handled high volumes of property damage and bodily injury matters. Before that, I served as a blueprinter/estimator and office estimator, writing repair blueprints, overseeing parts orders and repair timelines, and ensuring profitability and complete billing.

I also built long-term leadership experience through farm operations management, including supervising employees, maintaining equipment, and running end-to-end production from seed to harvest. I bring that same operational discipline into modern collision and estimating work, supported by I-CAR certification and my role as an I-CAR representative.
