What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer support, virtual assistant, administrative support, data entry, appointment setting, or French-language role where I can provide accurate, professional bilingual support.

I've supported customers and administrative operations at MTN Ghana, the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority, and the National Health Insurance Authority. I processed over 500 SIM registrations and biometric verifications, digitized vehicle inspection records, and provided French translation support for Francophone clients.
