At Kayan HealthCare Technologies, I develop clinical edits and insurance-rule solutions using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS standards. I translate complex benefits, exclusions, and UAE guidelines into system-ready rules for insurance providers and contribute foundational data for machine learning and a Pharmacy Benefit Management solution.

Previously at Al-Jalila Children’s Hospital, I led hospital-system setup, supervised insurance workflows, and managed end-to-end coding and claims processes. I trained reception, billing, clinical, and new team members to improve patient flow, accurate insurance handling, and error-free operations.

My background also includes medical claims coordination at BUPA Medmark, employee medical insurance at Orange, customer service for Vodafone UK, and pharmaceutical care at El-Marwa Pharmacy. I bring hands-on experience in claims, underwriting support, client relations, documentation, and healthcare operations.
