What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run end-to-end hospital revenue cycle management, improve claims and denials, and align operations with healthcare quality and international accreditation standards.

I’ve led revenue cycle management across secondary and tertiary hospitals in the Egypt Health Authority’s Port Said branch, building the first fully functional RCM teams across all hospitals and rolling out full revenue cycle activation through continuous staff training.

I’ve also driven accreditation-aligned work through GAHAR and JCI, handled operational escalations and performance audits, and implemented WHO medical documentation standards—bringing hospital administration, medical records, and patient experience work into one operational thread.
